How To Troubleshoot A Toshiba Satellite Laptop Blank Screen

Experiencing blank screen on your Toshiba satellite laptop may be frustrating as it does not allow you to see anything on the display. There might be several reasons behind it. The issue may be lying on the simple power or monitor brightness, or there may be some other issues such as the malfunctioning of the critical components of your satellite laptop like the display or the battery itself.

To track down the problem related to the blank screen of laptop, Toshiba New Zealand helpline has given some useful tips which you can follow. These steps will help you to troubleshoot the blank screen problem. If you are not able to resolve the problem even after following these steps, then you need to contact the Toshiba customer support New Zealand. They will immediately analyze the problem related to your laptop and will provide you with the best possible solution.

Step 1- Firstly check out for the power source of your Toshiba satellite laptop. Make sure that the AC adapter is plugged in the power socket properly. You can try it in any other power socket to make sure that the problem is not with the power socket.

Step 2- Now, go to the brightness settings of your Toshiba’s monitor as sometimes the brightness level of the screen may accidentally turn down to zero percent which may turn the bright screen into a blank and dark screen.

Step 3- You have to make sure that your Toshiba satellite laptop battery is in the working condition.

Step 4- If you still face the problem, then look on the screen closely, if any faint image is seen on the screen or not. If yes, then the backlight may be off because of the malfunctioning of the LCD "lid close" detector.
